What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, you provide an email address and choose a work area. We also store the time of your consent and submission.
We use the information to handle your enquiry and contact you about Klartfoto and reports for completed work. Providing an address is optional; without it, we cannot reply to your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who can process the information
People handling enquiries can access the information. Our hosting provider may process it as needed to store and protect the information.
We do not sell or publish enquiries. The form does not ask for your name, phone number, site photos or information about your customers.
How long we keep a registration
We remove an enquiry no later than 12 months after submission. You can request earlier deletion. Information past the limit is removed during the daily cleanup.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
